You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

• Faulty Product - You should contact our online customer support.

AT Informática will issue the respective credit note using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement, the costs of return and referral of products will be the responsibility of the costumer, you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, excluding the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to with-draw from this contract. If you requested to begin the performance of services during the cancellation period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been performed until you have communicated us your cancellation from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract

The cost of returning the goods will be borne by the customer, the cost of the goods order will be the responsibility of Spares World by AT Informática

The resolution will be presented at most 30 days after confirmation of the failure of the part or accessory and guaranteed that it does not damage caused by wear and tear or damage caused.
